What is Letterpress?
Impressions Matter
Letterpress is an old-school printing method where ink is pressed into thick, cottony paper using metal or polymer plates. Instead of sitting on the surface, each word or design leaves a delicious, tactile impression you can feel with your fingertips — beautiful, imperfect in all the right ways, and crafted by a real human. Letterpress is perfect for people who want their story to feel intentional, curated, and rare.

Creative Principal
Hi! I’m Amy, the wizard behind the curtain at House Fourteen. I’ve had a love for art and design for as long as I can remember. I embarked on this crazy journey with the impromptu purchase of a 1914 Chandler & Price letterpress, and the rest is history, as they say.
After earning my bachelor’s degree in graphic design and playing NCAA Division 1 Softball, I spent nearly two decades in advertising and as a freelance designer working in many industries.
When I’m not in the studio, you can find me working on house projects or hanging out with my husband and two sons. I enjoy skiing, going out for breakfast, and I will geek out on anything Star Wars.
